After you add items to your cart and place your order, a manager will contact you (via email, messenger, or Instagram, depending on the communication method you selected).
They will confirm the delivery details and send you a payment link.
Currently, payments are processed through the tun.market platform—a payment service integrated with Armenia's payment systems. It accepts Armenian and international cards, as well as payments via Idram.

Some of the brand's items are made to order: you can find them in the corresponding "PRE-ORDER" section, where you can select the size and color from the palette. Additionally, some sizes of regular items (found in the "IN STOCK" section) may be unavailable—these can also be pre-ordered by clicking the appropriate button on the product page, such as "pre-order XS".
The production time for pre-orders is up to 7–8 business days. More precise timelines will be provided by a manager after you place your order.

Yerevan:

• delivery to your address - 1000֏ (and free with a purchase over 50.000֏)

• calculates individually according to postal rates

You can exchange or return an item that doesn’t fit within 14 days of purchase in Yerevan and within 7 days of receiving an online order (for international shipments), provided that it has not been used and has retained its original condition.
To return or exchange an item, please email tactilityclo@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange" or "Return," stating the reason. In our reply, we will provide further instructions.
