A loose-fitting shirt made from seersucker—a textured cotton fabric with added polyamide. The slightly crinkled texture hides the creases that naturally form when wearing natural materials. Although the shirt appears classic, it has several "deconstructive" elements: the placket (where the fastenings are) and the pleat on the back are turned "inside out," which creates 1) a beautiful, textured seam along the edge of the placket; 2) a lovely "V-shaped" pleat. The standard cuff design, which is rectangular with a button fastening, has been reimagined here. The cuff is now more elongated and features a slit, making it easy to roll up the sleeves.
